FAQ and honest limits

  • Which files are not found? Images inside frames and some page widgets (shadow DOM), SVG graphics drawn directly in the page, images drawn on canvas, and protected video streams.
  • Why did a file fail? Some websites block downloads or require a login. SnagAll shows the reason for each failed file.
  • Is it safe? SnagAll only saves image, video, audio, document and archive files – never programs. It reads a page only after you click its icon.
  • I changed my computer. Remove the license from the old browser in SnagAll (“Remove license from this browser”), or write to us and we will free it.
  • Refunds? Within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. See the terms.
